Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to the counselling and workshop training services provided by the psychologist ("Expert"). By engaging in services with the Expert, clients ("Clients") agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation of Sessions:
a. Clients may cancel a scheduled counselling session or workshop training session by providing notice to the Expert in advance.
b. Cancellation requests should be made through the designated communication channels specified by the Expert.

Refunds for Session Cancellations:
a. If a Client cancels a session before its scheduled commencement time, a refund of the session fee will be issued.
b. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the Client and the Expert.

No-Show Policy:
a. If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or communication with the Expert, the session fee will not be refunded.

b. If Expert fails to attend a scheduled session, fee will be refunded. 

Fee Revisions:

a. The Expert may revise the fees for counselling sessions and workshop training services from time to time.

b. Any fee revisions will be applicable to new clients or clients who engage in services after the revised fee schedule comes into effect.

c. Existing clients who have already booked sessions or purchased packages prior to the fee revision will not be subject to the revised fees for those specific sessions or packages.

d. For returning clients who have discontinued services for a month or longer and subsequently wish to resume, the revised fee schedule will apply to their new sessions or packages.

Package Cancellation:
a. Clients who have purchased a package of 5 or 10 sessions may request to cancel the remaining sessions before the package expires.
b. If such a cancellation request is made, the fee charged for the remaining sessions will be refunded.

c. For the sessions that have already taken place, the fee per individual session (not the discounted fee) will be calculated and deducted from the total package cost and those who cancel packages, loose discount benefits.
d. The refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the Client and the Expert.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:
a. The Expert reserves the right to refuse a refund or modify the refund policy under certain circumstances, such as:

The Client has violated the terms and conditions or breached any contractual obligations.
The Client has engaged in malicious or harmful behavior towards the Expert or other Clients.
The Expert is unable to fulfill the services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.


Processing Time:
a. The Expert will make reasonable efforts to process refunds in a timely manner. However, the exact processing time may vary depending on factors such as payment provider policies and technical considerations.

Changes to the Policy:
a. The Expert reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.

By engaging in services with the Expert, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
