Terms and Conditions for Online Counselling and Workshop Training Services
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before requesting to book an appointment or participate in any counselling or workshop training services provided by the psychologist ("Expert"). By using the services provided by the Expert, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment:
a. Bookings for counselling sessions and workshop training can be made through the Wix site, and only logged-in members are allowed to request appointments.
b. The Expert will accept a booking request only if an advance payment has been made.
c. The client must adhere to the guidelines provided by the Expert regarding the frequency of sessions.
d. After payment of fee for one session, client has to book slot within week.

Packages:
a. The Expert offers 5-session or 10-session packages and provide 20% & 30% discounts respectively.
b. 5 Sessions package is valid for 3 months and 10 sessions package is valid for 10 months. Client has to book sessions before package expires.

Client Responsibility:
a. The client must provide accurate and truthful information while signing up and throughout the duration of the services.
b. The Expert reserves the right to terminate services if malicious intentions or fraudulent behavior are identified.
Eligibility:
a. Counselling and workshop training services provided by the Expert are not suitable for individuals suffering from clinical disorders.
b. Individuals with suicidal tendencies and self-harming behavior are advised to seek appropriate professional help.
c. Individuals with impulsive and aggressive behavior may not be suitable for the services provided by the Expert.

Age Restriction:
a. The counselling and workshop training services provided by the Expert are only available to individuals who are of legal adult age in their jurisdiction, I.e., 18 years.
Confidentiality:
a. The Expert will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and sessions, in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethical guidelines.
b. Confidentiality may be breached if there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or if required by law.
Intellectual Property:
a. All materials, content, and resources provided by the Expert during workshops or counselling sessions are protected by intellectual property laws and are for personal use only.
b. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability:
a. The Expert shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to emotional distress or financial loss, arising from the use of the services.
b. The client acknowledges that the Expert's services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment, and the Expert does not provide any medical advice.
c. The Expert shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by electronic disasters, including but not limited to hacking, viruses, technical failures, or unauthorized access to client data.
d. The client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with the use of electronic communication, electronic fee payment methods such as online bank transfer, UPI transfers and agrees that the Expert shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such risks.

Modifications:
a. The Expert reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
b. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

By booking an appointment or participating in any counselling or workshop training services provided by the Expert, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
